Conference and meeting venue in the Helsinki Capital Region
The Akatemia offers a wide range of conference, meeting and teaching spaces. We can accommodate the needs of your group, whether you need a small group working space or a large room for up to 200 people.
We have internet-connected computers, document cameras and projectors in all but the small group work spaces, and there is WiFi throughout our campus.
Main building
The historic main building hosts our reception and information desk, as well as the restaurant and smaller dining areas, including a terrace in summer. There are also several meeting and conference rooms, including a large room/party venue with a stage. The main building also hosts our offices and printing and photocopying facilities.

MEDIATEEKKI/MEDIATECH
The Mediatech building has two large lecture rooms for 50 people, which can be combined into one large space. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. It is possible to accommodate up to 150 people in the combined space, if only chairs are required.
Tiiliriihi building
The main lecture/meeting room T1 has facilities for 50 people. In addition, the Tiiliriihi building contains four spaces for small group working.
A-paja
Our largest space is the bright and open A-paja. With tables, the room can take up to 100 people: without tables, a maximum of 200. There is a piano and a modern sound system, as well as bar facilities if needed.
Aivoriihi building
Aivoriihi contains our classrooms, which are also available for rent. They can accommodate between 20 and 40 people. We also have a language laboratory with space for 18 users at a time.
Other facilities
Also available for use are two saunas and the fireplace room nearby.
Accommodation
We have a small hotel wing overlooking the forest and a courtyard garden. We can accommodate up to 40 people in single and double rooms.
